All access is logged, and you’ll be notified of any footage downloads, ensuring full transparency and peace of mind.

Server Policy:
We prioritize the security and reliability of your servers. Only our authorized computers have full remote access, while local access is protected by unique passwords to block infected devices.
Our servers send alerts to you and us if any issues arise. We’ll first try to resolve problems remotely and, if needed, schedule an in-person visit promptly.

Backups are stored locally, with temporary storage on local servers only during transfers. All data is deleted within two weeks of transfer completion.

Security System Policy:

Main users get full access, while additional users receive only the codes they need. Multiple security layers protect all accounts.
